The primary aim of the Powerpack engine is to create a Plug & Play product for heavy-duty off-road applications, compliant with emission regulations and minimising both installation space and labour.

It all starts with market needs. Our customers needed a ‘done and done’ product that had:

•    compactness

•    maximum performance

•    compliance with emissions

•   ️ easy installation, use and maintenance

From here, our technical department, together with the Sales and Workshop departments, began designing and developing the Powerpack, a product for heavy-duty applications with the ATS system pre-installed, powered by FPT.

Specifically, this product guarantees advantages for customers, such as minimal design effort, easy availability of the necessary components, assembly, verification tests and final testing of the complete application managed by us.

This reduces the man-hours dedicated to each individual project.

All our Powerpacks are Stage V / Tier 4B compliant with a dedicated frame for ATS components, electronic control interface, engine control display managed according to SAE J 1939 (CAN-BUS) protocol and, of course, a heavy-duty radiator.

The end user only needs to connect the power supply and fuel supply.

The Powerpack N45 engine provides a maximum torque of 744 Nm @ 1400 RPM and a maximum power output of 147 kW @ 2100-2200 RPM, coming very close to the performance of a 6-cylinder engine.
